Description Reporting to the director, this newly created position as Head of IT will be strategically focused and commercially driven with a focus on delivery.
The Head of IT will lead the charge in all business-related technology initiatives. This will include but not be limited to the following:
Digital transformation and change managementManaged servicesCustomer experienceBAUStrategy development and executionVendor managementThis role will be both internal and external facing with an emphasis on not only supporting the group's key business functions but also working with key external customers to support their needs.
Profile The ideal experience for this role is a technology leader with a strategic, delivery, and commercially focused mindset with experience engaging a diverse range of stakeholders and customers.
