Your contribution: Reporting to the CEO, this role is vital for helping to build and maintain hipages' reputation in the financial markets, ensuring transparency and articulating our strategy, financial performance and growth prospects.

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

Investor Communication:  Develop and manage effective communication strategies to inform the investment community about hipages' performance, growth, and strategic goals. Coordinate quarterly and annual financial disclosures (e.g., earnings reports and investor presentations). Prepare investor materials, including press releases, presentations, monthly/quarterly newsletters and financial reports. Investor Meetings & Events: Organise and lead investor roadshows, earnings calls, and investor conferences. Manage annual general meetings and coordinate communications around these events. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights and analysis on hipages' financial performance to investors, working closely with the finance team. Manage the preparation of annual and quarterly reports, ensuring compliance with ASX reporting requirements. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes that may affect the company's investor relations strategy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investor sentiment and expectations within the ASX300 context. Compliance: Ensure all investor relations communications comply with ASX listing rules and regulations. You will possess: A Bachelor's degree in either finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. MBA qualification preferred. 15+ years overall work experience in investor relations, finance, or capital markets. Experience in an ASX-listed company. Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets. Strong knowledge of ASX reporting requirements, market regulations, and governance practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building capabilities with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
