This role is a pivotal role that champions retail media performance for brands as a critical strategic capability for Cartology.

What you'll do Lead Cartology's engagement in market with clients and key stakeholders to ensure Cartology has a market leading understanding of trends and developments in relation to media and marketing effectiveness Directly engage with key clients on their effectiveness and measurement requirements to support client facing sales teams' strategy and solutions and Cartology data teams. Champion retail media measurement and Cartology's leadership position within to clients and the industry at large Develop and implement Cartology's measurement and effectiveness strategic roadmap in collaboration with the Cartology Leadership and key SME partners that aligns to Cartology's strategic ambition and objectives Lead the effective communication of campaign results to clients including highlighting opportunities to accelerate strong performance and/or recommendations for future improvement What you'll bring Recent experience working with clients on measurement and effectiveness solutions and a track record of developing and implementing measurement frameworks tools and platforms. Strong experience in media and marketing or a related field, with a focus on media measurement and effectiveness. Passion for media effectiveness and a commitment to delivering growth for our clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience leading and working across high-performing teams.
