Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organisation's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. The Head of Information Technology will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology systems are aligned with our business objectives and meet the needs of our employees and customers.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives Manage and oversee the IT department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff Ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems, including data backup and disaster recovery plans Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions to improve efficiency and productivity Manage the budget for the IT department and ensure that all expenditures are within budgetary constraints Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology-related issues and opportunities Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry and make recommendations for their adoption Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, as well as emerging technologies and trends Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues #J-18808-Ljbffr
