As the Head of Identity and Access Management (IAM) you will own the strategy,roadmap, technology, and operation of FCTG's global identity processes &systems in alignment with FCTG's Enterprise Security strategies and thebusiness needs as a whole. Transformation
Develop a clear vision and strategy for IAM transformation, maintaining a roadmap that includes the ongoing assessment of current capabilities to identify gaps and inefficiencies
Establish and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures required to achieve defined strategies and ensure compliance
Evaluate emerging technologies & solutions to enhance security postureDesign & maintain IAM related architectures that supports FCTG evolving business needs, scalability requirements, and integration with existing IT systems and applications
Leadership
Lead and oversee the execution of transformation projects, including change management plans to effectively communicate the vision, benefits, and impacts of the transformation initiatives to stakeholders
Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, collaboration, agility, accountability, innovation and professional development opportunities
Establish relationships and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on IAM strategies, including business leaders, IT teams, legal, and compliance, to ensure alignment
Develop and manage the budget, supporting strategic priorities and operational needs
Develop and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and partnersService Management
Ensure access control mechanisms are defined and managed to safeguard sensitive data and resources, including authentication, authorization, and privileged access management
Ensure the end-to-end management of user identities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controlEnsure training programs and awareness campaigns to promote secure IAM practices are developed and implemented
Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IAM processes and controls are defined and tracked
Oversee incident response efforts related to identity and access security incidents, including investigation, containment, and resolution
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
Proven 5+ years' experience in a senior leadership role overseeing Identity and Access Management functions in a global enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM are highly desirable
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing IAM strategies, policies, and governance frameworks to address complex business and security challenges
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IAM projects, initiatives, and teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
