Responsibilities include developing effective education practices, managing curriculum requirements, and implementing College protocols.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of effective education practices and programs for the faculty, reflecting the Christian ethos of the College.Manage all curriculum requirements for the faculty, ensuring compliance requirements are met and College protocols are followed.Manage student issues using a positive behaviour framework and implementing College protocols.Have proven expertise in at least one area of Stage 6 Humanities.Employment Details:This position is responsible directly to the Principal.The Head of Humanities will also teach across a two-week timetable and undertake other duties as determined by the Principal.Salary will reflect what is appropriate according to the candidate's training and accreditation, plus the Coordinator 2 allowance under the Independent Schools NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2021.Application Requirements:At least one professional reference or referee.A current reference from the minister of the church that they are presently attending.A certified copy of documents relating to their qualifications.Academic transcripts.Driver License.
