Head of HR9 month FTC, to start in DecemberSalary: paying up to £120,000, plus bonus, plus benefitsCity of LondonHybrid workingApplication closing date: 18th September 2024Oakleaf Partnership is representing a market leading, international SME Financial Services company. They are looking for a Head of HR for a 9 month FTC. Managing a small team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing the People Strategy to ensure the company meets their business objectives. You will manage all relevant HR processes and ensure HR policies are implemented across the UK, US, India, and Singapore. You will find solutions for better people management and the smooth rollout of any HR projects. This is a hands-on role advising and supporting the management team and employees, plus driving international HR projects. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing, truly international, highly successful, and diverse company.What is the roleLeading the HR team, you will drive and support priorities and workflow to ensure the company hits its business objectives. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team and utilize key data to advise them on a commercially focused HR People Strategy, influencing them on the best course of action. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide excellent HR services to management and employees across the employee spectrum, including Talent, Recruitment (they have a growth plan in place), performance management, compensation, L&D, and ER. You will champion continuous improvement and lead/participate in HR projects regionally and internationally. You will also coordinate and advise senior management on remuneration policies and staff salaries based on external benchmarks and establish and implement policies and initiatives across the various HR functions.Skills and ExperienceYou must have gained Head of HR experience within Financial Services.You must have experience of working for an international SME and also be used to working in a matrixed environment.Demonstrate great people management skills with a development mindset.A proven track record in delivering successful HR projects on budget and on time.Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR trends and practices.A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs and a mindset of continuous improvement.Another European language is desirable but not essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
