This exciting opportunity will allow you to play an integral role in our successful and enthusiastic team.Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):Daily Room & Key checksEnsuring high level of cleanliness and standards are kept in the apartments.Manage maintenance and liaising with contractors & owners about work that needs to be done. Meeting contractors onsite, process work orders and follow ups.Stock and Linen management and preparationWorking with cleaners to make sure apartments are kept stocked up with amenities. Ordering, managing and preparing stock and linen for various apartments.General cleaningWilling to get hands on when additional cleaning may be required between cleaners or guests to ensure apartments are kept up to a high standard. This may include some mid stay and deep cleans.General guest managementResponding to reviews and guest correspondence via email or phone, including being on call out of office hours and weekends in case of emergencies. This will be on rotation and shared with other team members.Ideal CandidateReliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.Previous experience in housekeeping/hospitality would be ideal.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Availability outside of traditional working hours, e.g. weekends.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.Organised.Be able to take initiative & work on your own.Must have own reliable car and valid drivers license.This role is NOT a traditional 9 am-5 pm position, as guests may require assistance outside normal working hours and some checks and cleans will need to be done over weekends.
