A day in the life:
You'll be responsible for leading and developing the Operations team, ensuring high service levels, cost efficiency, and process quality. You will forecast and plan resources in alignment with business plans, develop and maintain policies for consistent customer outcomes, and lead the transformation of lending operations processes. Effective vendor management, including governance, cost, and service level performance, is crucial.

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in a Lending Operations environment, with expertise in strategic planning, operational governance, and performance management. Demonstrated experience in promoting a customer-focused approach, people management, stakeholder engagement, and financial management is essential. A background in business analysis, process re-engineering, and strong problem-solving skills is required.
