We are looking for an experienced Head of Hardware to lead our teams in Power Electronics and Embedded Systems with a focus on Electric Vehicle (EV) charging systems.
You will drive the development of cutting-edge AC and DC fast chargers and related power electronics for energy storage and grid integration, ensuring high-performance and reliable products for the EV industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage hardware engineering teams focused on EV charger technology. Oversee the design and development of power conversion systems, including DC-DC converters, inverters, and power factor correction (PFC) units to enhance charger efficiency. Develop embedded control systems for real-time applications, handling communication protocols Ensure all hardware solutions comply with international safety standards and certification requirements. Design scalable system architectures to enable seamless integration of EV chargers with smart grids and renewable energy sources. Build and guide a team of engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems development. Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams, ideally within EV charging or power electronics. Expertise in designing high-power AC/DC converters, inverters, and embedded control systems. Knowledge of charging protocols , grid integration, and energy management systems.
