You will spearhead the design of innovative system architectures, ensuring the seamless integration of hardware and embedded systems in our products for the EV and energy sectors.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams responsible for the development of EV charging systems.Oversee the design and integration of embedded systems, ensuring robust communication protocols and real-time control solutions.Drive the development of scalable and efficient hardware architectures to support product reliability and performance.Ensure hardware and embedded systems comply with international standards and certification requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration of products with smart grids and renewable energy sources.Foster a culture of innovation, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in hardware and embedded systems development.Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams, ideally within EV charging or related industries.Strong understanding of system-level design, including embedded systems architecture, communication protocols, and real-time applications.Familiarity with industry standards for safety, product certification, and compliance testing.
