We are now looking for Head of GSU MOAI Supply Chain Management. The position is part of the Group Supply MOAI leadership team, reporting to Head of Group Supply MOAI.
As the Head of Head of GSU MOAI Supply Chain Management you will lead the supply chain definition and execution to ensure we deliver in an optimized and best in class flow. Furthermore you will ensure we are operating in a compliant manner in every country where we operate.
What you will do Drive proactive supply chain design based on strategic direction and lead the way toward Next Generation Supply Chain Ensure we have an efficient flow to deliver best customer value through standard portfolio and hubs or in a direct flow scenario Understand and manage compliance requirement in MOAI Understand and manage geopolitical requirements in MOAI Drive efficient and automated order management in a control tower setup Lead System & process support function for GSU MOAI You will bring Courageous leadership, providing clear direction and setting appropriate standards of behavior through professionalism, respect, perseverance and integrity. Attitude that embraces innovation, change and inclusion. Be in the driver's seat, take accountability and ownership of responsibilities. Communication & collaboration are key. Listening skills with ability to motivate & inspire people. Thinking strategically, analyzing complex situations, and make decisions that align with strategy. Be highly responsive and structured while remaining calm during high pressure situations. Financial understanding with a data driven, analytical, structured and result oriented approach. You have a relevant academical background and 10+ years of working experience, most of them in leadership positions within Supply Chain Management Background screening notice: Relevant background screening will be conducted for final candidates.
