We're not looking for any ordinary candidate. We need a lateral thinking, highly adaptive Head of Growth to accelerate our already incredible trajectory. You'll be working directly with the CEO, liaise with the 8seats board, and our high profile investors.
We're looking to scale rapidly post launch of our V1 product. This means you can play a massive part in the formation and execution of our Growth business unit. You'll be one of the early crew members with a huge role to play in steering our direction.

Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy. Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for growth.
Provide leadership and direction to the team for all sales and marketing activities, ensuring the business meets or exceed sales target
Identify and target new marketing and business opportunities, nurturing leads from prospect to close.
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue.
Evaluate and implement sales and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and generate qualified leads.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Build and manage relationships with channel partners to drive lead generation and revenue.
Develop and implement partner marketing programs to support channel growth.

This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and partnerships, preferably in the communications sector. Proven experience building a Brand and implementing non-traditional marketing tactics.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
