About the Position The Head of Group Supply and Procurement, based in McLaren Vale with some travel to the Barossa, will lead an operational team and report to the Chief Operating Officer – Brands.
This newly created position will be responsible for the planning, packaging, procurement, logistics and warehousing across the Randall Wine Group brand portfolio.
Overseeing our global supply chain, communicating with key stakeholders across production, sales and distribution, including supplier contract negotiation and procurement, at the heart of this role is driving efficiencies, economies of scale and profitability.
About You Experience in a similar role and in-depth wine industry (multiple brands) experience is essential.
To succeed in this position, you will require leadership capabilities, proven negotiation and procurement skills, superior relationship skills, commercial acumen and an analytical problem-solving approach.
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a similar discipline is desirable.
