The Dendy Icon Group is one of Australia's leading independent companies comprising of Dendy Cinemas and Icon Film Distribution.
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced marketing leader with a passion for cinema, film distribution, and customer engagement.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in entertainment marketing, digital innovation, and loyalty program management, paired with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key responsibilities include: Develop & lead the marketing strategies for both Dendy Cinemas and Icon Film Distribution, including campaign planning and executionDrive customer engagement through targeted CRM campaigns for Club Dendy & loyalty initiativesOversee the digital and social media strategy for the group, including website, email marketing & content creationOversee Dendy and Icon's brand positioningLead, mentor and develop the marketing and creative design teamOversee marketing budgets and campaign analysisThe ideal candidate: 8+ years' experience in a senior marketing role within the film and cinema industryProven experience leading & developing high performing teamsStrong strategic planning abilitiesStrong creative visionProficient in using data and analytics to measure performanceDigital proficiency with a solid knowledge of digital marketing channelsExceptional written and verbal communicationsA love of film and cinemaTo apply please submit your CV and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role by Friday 15th November 2024.
