Cotton On's philanthropic arm, Cotton On Foundation, is creating a world where every young person can thrive. ABOUT THE ROLE We have a rare opportunity to join the Cotton On Foundation team as a Head of Global Projects! In this pivotal role you will ensure that every dollar raised by our customers is strategically invested in the most effective projects and partnerships, driving maximum impact. As a champion for community impact, you'll inspire and motivate our team by communicating a clear, compelling vision and plan. Your expertise in relationship-building will be key in establishing strong partnerships, allowing us to measure the true impact of all Foundation projects. You will represent the Foundation and lead teams across Australia, Uganda, South Africa, and Thailand with Foundation owned Education programs. You will also drive initiatives & partnerships that align with our pillars of Education, Environment, Mental Health, and First Nations. You'll report directly to the General Manager, Cotton On Foundation and be an advocate for Foundation across the Cotton On global business and externally.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Qualification or equivalent experience in social impact, development, or community impact Previous experience in cross-cultural educational settings Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change and support through clear messaging Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions in challenging environments Demonstrated high level organization and planning skills Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to deliver brand strategy outcomes Strong budgeting and forecasting skills OUR CULTURE At the Cotton On Foundation, we roll up our sleeves and help out our mates across the globe.
