ABOUT THE ROLE We have a rare opportunity to join the Cotton On Foundation team as a Head of Global Projects! In this pivotal role, you will ensure that every dollar raised by our customers is strategically invested in the most effective projects and partnerships, driving maximum impact. As a champion for community impact, you'll inspire and motivate our team by communicating a clear, compelling vision and plan. Your expertise in relationship-building will be key in establishing strong partnerships, allowing us to measure the true impact of all Foundation projects. You will represent the Foundation and lead teams across Australia, Uganda, South Africa, and Thailand with Foundation owned Education programs. You will also drive initiatives & partnerships that align with our pillars of Education, Environment, Mental Health, and First Nations. You'll report directly to the General Manager, Cotton On Foundation and be an advocate for Foundation across the Cotton On global business and externally.
*Please note, this role will require international travel for extended periods of time.
