About the role:
As Head of Product, you will own the product and service strategy, overseeing the full product lifecycle.
You'll identify and prioritize market opportunities, leveraging the company's expertise in motion control, power electronics, automation, and software development to expand its reach.
This multi-faceted role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and the development of a robust product roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Product Development: Lead the creation of product strategies that address market needs and leverage the company's capabilities, ensuring the products are well-positioned and priced.Go-To-Market Execution: Develop effective go-to-market strategies, coordinating product launches and driving cross-functional teams to achieve successful market penetration.Customer & Sales Support: Work closely with sales and support teams to refine pricing strategies, deliver training, and resolve escalated customer issues.Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and develop the next generation of product managers, building a high-performance team that understands customer value and market dynamics.Innovation & Technology: Drive the innovation agenda, staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and macroeconomic shifts.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field; an MBA is a strong plus.10–15 years in product management or marketing within technology or industrial sectors, ideally with global exposure.Proven ability to execute high-impact commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.Experienced in guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and creating a culture of innovation.Why Anca Motion?
