As GIVIT's Head of Fundraising and Partnerships, you will inspire, develop, and implement the fundraising and partnerships strategy to deliver on GIVIT's future plans.
You will also build and foster professional relationships with key decision makers of major funders and supporters.
You are an experienced senior leader with a proven track record establishing sustainable income streams and revenue growth in the not-for-profit sector.

In this role you will:Work with the GIVIT leadership team to set, review, and deliver the GIVIT strategic plan in conjunction with the fundraising and partnerships operational plan.Develop proposals for major donors, Trusts, Foundations, Private Ancillary Funds, and Public Ancillary Funds (in collaboration with relevant SMEs), aligned with GIVIT's strategic objectives, annual funding priorities, and donor funding intentions.Identify and develop opportunities for new and diversified income streams that support the development of both core operations and key projects/programs.Maintain and further build a positive working environment where you can develop and coach direct reports.Technical skills and experience you possess:Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications; Public Relations; Community Services or Business.Demonstrated extensive experience in a fundraising environment preferably within the not-for-profit sector.Extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering successful, broad-based fundraising strategies, plans, and budgets.Demonstrated project management experience - planning, implementing, reviewing, and achieving project goals and objectives within agreed resources and timeframes.Ability to analyse complex situations, apply a problem-solving approach, and exercise good judgement in decision making.Proven performance negotiating and influencing strategic partnerships, funding agreements, and contracts.Experience in the use of fundraising CRMs such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge.Competent and confident in media appearances and public speaking.What's on offer for you?Enormous job satisfaction, knowing you make a difference every day.A supportive, skilled, and passionate team.Salary package including NFP packaging up to $15,900 per year tax-free, plus entertainment expense options.Hybrid work environment with genuine flexibility for Brisbane based or 100% remote.The opportunity to help shape the way Australians give and support communities in need, particularly following emergencies.Enjoy the potential tax savings of a Novated Lease.Ongoing training & development, you have full access to the GO1 learning platform.Work amongst a team that's committed to wellness, diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.Who is GIVIT?GIVIT inspires generosity to meet real need.
