Aviation Services (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Broome Aviation is looking to employ a full time Head of Flying are looking for a strong leader to join our be successful in this role you will need to: * Meet the minimum experience requirements below * Possess strong leadership skills * Enjoy training and checking in both practical and theoretical environments * Be a team player whilst also being able to work independently * Be self-motivated to succeed and grow in the role * Have sound computer skills * Have strong problem-solving abilities * Be willing to contribute to improve systems and safety related policy and procedure * Australian CPL and current CASA Class 1 medical * Current MEA-IR * 500 hours C210 or similar * 200 hours MEA * Previous time on any of the following aircraft - Cessna 210, 310, 404, 208 * Previous Chief Pilot/HOFO experience in a similar working environment * Wet season experienceTasks & responsibilities * The Head of Flying Operations will be accountable to CASA for all operational matters including the safety and compliance of all company flying operations * Ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with CASA regulations * Managing the company's exposition according to the CASR'sThe successful candidate will work with the current HOFO to learn the role and must be able to pass the CASA flight check/ is expected that those applying have a thorough understanding of the minimum responsibilities and duties associated with the role as outlined by the regulations.Only apply if you meet the minimum requirements.
