About your new role
As the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial future. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, ensuring that we make data-driven decisions to drive our business forward. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and offers a unique opportunity to influence our financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.Present financial results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
About you?
CPA/CA qualified with a passion and a proven track record leading a financial planning and analysis function.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in strategic financial planning.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience working in a large multinational organisation.
