We are looking for a Head of Financial Performance to lead our team of Commercial Business Partners, delivering insights and strategies that enhance financial sustainability and operational success.As the Head of Financial Performance, you will:Drive and deliver financial analytics and commercial insights, ensuring data integrity, and provide critical insights to support decision-making and improve margins.Provide strategic financial modelling and analysis to support short and long-term financial strategies and sustainability.Drive and lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Drive commercial insights, including pricing and costings, to support decision-making, performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Drive financial governance, ensuring full compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards.Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders, enhancing the organisation's ability to meet its short and long-term business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence: Collaborate with senior leaders to implement financial strategies, monitor KPIs, and provide insightful commercial and financial analysis.Financial Sustainability: Lead the budgeting process, manage short and long term financial forecasts and modelling conduct financial risk assessments, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
