Lead and manage the national broking operations for financial lines risks Achieve growth and expansion of team to achieve strong market perception and branding Operate as specialised subject matter expert across Financial & Professional lines products to support teams on the ground with technical queries, mentorship & development Develop and implement integrated leadership strategies to execute on national business goals Achieve desired growth and profit targets with autonomy to execute strategies to achieve this Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements across broker functions About You :
Demonstrated leadership experience with both local and interstate teams Strong technical understanding across financial & professional lines with exposure to high-level, technical & complex risk management across domestic and UK markets Strategic and financial acumen to facilitate autonomous operation of business unit Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders This role offers the chance to lead and innovate within a forward-thinking organisation.
