we think you'd look good at Specsavers.The Role & TeamWe are seeking a Head of Retail Finance to oversee financial reporting for Optics and Audiology stores across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Finance and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while developing a robust internal control framework to mitigate financial risks.You will partner with Retail Support Teams and Business Development to enhance store performance, review project appraisals ensuring projects are commercially viable and align to business needs, and lead the Store Finance teams to improve reporting and communication.The ideal candidate will focus on efficiency improvements while maintaining accuracy and deadlines, helping to deliver value to our partners and drive growth in store performance.What we are looking forDemonstrated experience in a comparable senior finance roleExceptional communication abilities, with a proven track record in managing senior stakeholdersDemonstrated commercial acumen and extensive business partnering experienceExperience leading and developing large teams effectivelyAbility to navigate and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentCA/CPA QualifiedExperience within franchise and/or retail sectors is highly desirableAbout UsSpecsavers are rated the market leader for eye tests, the retailer of choice for contact lenses and one of the fastest growing hearing providers in Australia and New Zealand.
