Skills that set you apart: Strong finance leadership experience, preferably in a tech startup or investment banking. A strong academic background in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CA is a plus. Expertise in FP&A, and producing reports for management, board members and investors. Experience managing external financial services and audits. Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building relationships, internally and externally. Ability to switch between a strategic and hands-on approach to finance as we scale. What you'll be doing: Leading our finance function, shaping our financial strategies and operations. Engaging in financial modelling to guide budgeting, cash flow, and strategic decisions. Collaborating with People function and team leaders to plan hiring budgets. Working with the data team to capture and calculate MRR accurately. Approving financial controls, invoices, payroll, and managing accounts payable. Managing external financial relationships, ensuring compliance and effective communication. Direct audit preparations, develop data dashboards, and enhance financial controls.
