Head of Finance , you'll be at the helm of financial operations, ensuring long-term sustainability, strategic planning, and innovative solutions. Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, including the
Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP) .Lead a high-performing Finance team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.Provide expert advice to Council executives, offering actionable insights and trend analysis.Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and industry standards.Represent Lismore City Council as a position of trust by ensuring the financial integrity, transparency, and accountability of the Council's financial management.

Qualifications & Skills:
