About the Role
Our client, a high growth FMCG is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Finance to join their dynamic leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving the financial health and sustainability of the organisation. The Head of Finance will partner closely with the CEO and play a key role in shaping financial strategies, overseeing financial operations, and championing growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with organisational goals and support long-term growth and sustainability.Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all finance functions, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, profit and loss, forecasting, and cash flow management.Ensure Compliance and Reporting: Guarantee timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with Australian accounting standards (AASB) and IFRS, and lead audit processes and tax compliance.Risk Management: Develop risk management strategies and ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance are in place.Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial partners, ensuring transparent communication.Develop and Lead the Team: Foster a culture of integrity and high performance within the finance team, promoting continuous improvement in processes and metrics.Who You Are Qualified and Experienced: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
