They are currently looking for a talented Head of Finance & Operations to assist with the further growth of the organisation.
The Role
This Head of Finance & Operations position is a key role in the leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, your duties will include:
Management of the finance function including being handson with management reporting, budgeting & forecasting, statutory reporting & audit
Prepare & present Board reports
Management of the property, procurement and IT functions
Be a key part of the leadership team contributing to strategy and growth plans
Management of staff across finance and operations
Initiate, develop and deliver process improvement initiatives across the organisation
Your Background
To be considered for this Head of Finance & Operations position, you will have the following skills at attributes:
CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong experience managing finance
Great track record of process improvement projects
Aged Care experience or a related industry (i.e. healthcare or similar NFP provider)
Team management experience
A positive attitude and collaborative working style
