They are currently looking for a talented Head of Finance & Operations to assist with the further growth of the organisation.

The RoleThis Head of Finance & Operations position is a key role in the leadership team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your duties will include:

Management of the finance function including being handson with management reporting, budgeting & forecasting, statutory reporting & auditPrepare & present Board reportsManagement of the property, procurement and IT functionsBe a key part of the leadership team contributing to strategy and growth plansManagement of staff across finance and operationsInitiate, develop and deliver process improvement initiatives across the organisation

Your BackgroundTo be considered for this Head of Finance & Operations position, you will have the following skills at attributes:

CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)Strong experience managing financeGreat track record of process improvement projectsAged Care experience or a related industry (i.e. healthcare or similar NFP provider)Team management experienceA positive attitude and collaborative working style
