Produce detailed analysis and reports to support asset allocation and investment decisions.
Financial Planning and Administration

Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
Risk Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks through comprehensive risk management strategies.
Conduct regular risk assessments and report potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Estate Planning
Develop long-term wealth management and succession plans.
Communication and Reporting
Ensure transparent, regular reporting of financial performance, investment results, and strategic progress.

Skills:
You are either an experienced Financial Controller / Head of Finance or a first mover from a reputable chartered accounting firm with extensive exposure to wealth management, family offices, or high-net-worth families. You have highly developed technical accounting skills and commercial acumen, along with proven experience managing complex and high-level stakeholder relationships. You are a big picture leader who can reason at a conceptual level and drive change while still maintaining strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach. You are a natural leader with a high degree of integrity, comfortable challenging the status quo and have the confidence and credibility to engage effectively and build relationships with all levels of an organisation. Most importantly, you are excited by the idea of establishing a best-in-class family office function for an entrepreneurial, high-performing, and founder-led local property business.
Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or CFA certification are highly desirable.
Either CA, CPA, CFP, or similar financial planning certifications are preferred.
10+ years of experience in wealth management, family office management, or a similar role with a track record of successfully managing financial affairs for high-net-worth families.
