You'll play a pivotal role - combining the two worlds of 1. Finance (FP&A, Board+Investor updates) and 2. High stakes business problem solving & driving that execution. Being in the heart of our key operations and strategic decisions.
This role is perfect for a "do'er" who loves to get sh*t done - taking a pragmatic and iterative approach. Reporting to the CEO - you will have a large impact on our success and the next phase of our exciting growth that is currently happening.
Your day-to-day will be diverse - you may start with a customer call on commercial pricing models and end the day brainstorming on a whiteboard using the 'bulletproof problem solving process' with the leadership team.

Proactively recommending solutions & ensuring we maintain a healthy cash balance.Collaborate with the Founder & CEO as well as the board on strategic decisions and assumptions that drive our model & plans#2: SaaS Metrics & Financial Analysis Lead the finance team to continuously improve month-end proceduresDrive a metrics culture around a key SaaS metrics (such as ARR, LTV, CAC, NRR, GRR etc)Enable the Leadership Team - using your insights to support their KPIs across GTM & Product.#3: Pragmatic Governance Take on the Company Secretary role & ensure we're on top of key governance and compliance standards, including managing the team ESOP and our board meetings.Work with external partners to ensure tax compliance and other regulatory requirements.#4 Chief of Staff (~50% of your time) Lead special projects (often a new one each Qtr) - going from planning to hands-on execution. Examples, it may include:Market Research and Segmentation: Work out the TAM & SAM for a new productCompetitive Analysis: understand key players, dynamics and how we stand outCustomer Analysis: run lean surveys, interviews to uncover key unmet needs etc.Act as the lead for HR & People related items (you will be supported if this is new to you)Ad hoc Executive Support for CEO & CPO re: high stakes tasks (e.g. fill in for a speaking engagement with a key partner re: our vision and goals for the year)About You: Experience: 3-5 years in finance, with proven expertise in cash management and forecasting, demonstrating a track record of financial stability and strategic planning.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability.Pragmatic Planning:You have examples of driving simplicity and efficiency without unnecessary complexity.Dependability: You're a rock star in execution, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results promptly without the need for follow-up.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, with strong communication skills.
