you'll be doing
Reporting
to the Director of Field Marketing for EMEA and North America you'll be
involved in:
Developing
and executing a Field Marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland across our
key solution suite, in collaboration with the wider global marketing team to
ensure alignment with the overall business strategy
Working
closely with the Product Marketing team to intricately align Go-To-Market
campaigns with Field Marketing activities,
Generating
high-quality leads for our sales team across Reapit and PayProp (including
new business, cross-sell and up-sell leads) by executing on tactical
marketing campaigns and drive measurable sales growth,
Executing
on field marketing campaigns that adapt and localise content to fit the
dynamics of the UK and Ireland markets, maintaining brand consistency while
optimizing for regional effectiveness.
Leading
the planning and roll-out of franchise-specific campaigns with the sales
leadership, in both brands, to drive account expansion into our franchise
networks
Running
events & sponsorships and developing the UKI event programme,
Working
closely with the product marketing, sales & customer success teams to
develop and optimise enablement collateral designed to communicate our Reapit
and PayProp value proposition and how it relates to each solution,
Collaborating
with the Brand & Comms team to incorporate public relations and public
affairs activities into the UKI plan,
Contributing
insight on UKI market conditions & trends with the wider marketing
organisation,
Report
on overall lead performance for the region to relevant stakeholders on a
monthly and quarterly basis
Test
and track, benchmark and optimize your campaigns' performance and evaluate
ROI for management reporting,
Manage
the Field Marketing budget, reporting on budget vs actuals etc
Demonstrating
marketing leadership through managing, mentoring and coaching the UKI field
marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional
development
Ensuring
clear and frequent internal communications, working in collaboration with
central marketing, relating to UKI marketing activities and development
Who
we're looking for
At Reapit,

problems and simplify them to communicate to the wider organisation.
You
are the face of Marketing in the UK and Ireland region, and it's important
that you have the confidence (not ego) to own your role with purposeful
curiosity and passion for what you do.
Our Head of Marketing UKI will demonstrate:
Either previous experience of working in a SaaS
company or in a B2B technology environment
Proven success in generating leads and driving
them down the marketing and sales funnel,
Previous experience executing automated marketing
campaigns using sales software / CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot),
Ability to think conceptually and analytically on
problems and issues, identify and present recommendations in a simple and
compelling manner,
Strong project management skills, used to working
to, and setting, timelines and project milestones,
Experience in running and developing a marketing
team,
Ability to communicate and interact with key stakeholders
and be readily able to communicate with a variety of technical and
non-technical audiences,
Knowledge of the property or proptech market is
an added bonus.
What
your impact and success looks like
As a Head of Field Marketing (UKI) we expect your success and impact
in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Within 1 month:
Have
an understanding of each department and how they work with Marketing,
Met
with key stakeholders across the UKI business,
Established
the UKI team, ways of working together, and meeting cadences
Manage
the relationship, and become the key point of contact, for UKI suppliers and
agencies
Within 2 months:
Completed
product training across the brands
Absorbed
and understood previous marketing strategies, ways of working and approaches
to growth.
Within 3 months:
Developed
a Field Marketing Strategy in line with the FY25 sales & marketing
budget, working closely with the Director of Field Marketing and the Director
of Marketing Operations & Campaigns
Identified
key gaps in our current ways of working, and accommodated short, medium and
long-term goals into your plan
Provide
clear visibility of the UKI marketing team, its activities and successes to
the wider business
Established
ways of working with the central marketing teams
Interact
frequently with your peers in other regions, sharing ideas, knowledge and
best practice.
Within 6 months:
Have
met with key clients to understand more about the market and how they use our
products,
Execute
your Field Marketing plan & analyse results,
Optimise
the results based on the execution of your strategy so far,
Become
deeply embedded into the PayProp-Reapit business, positioning yourself as the
go-to person for demand generation marketing in UKI.
Develop
relationships with UKI partner marketing teams.
