This position requires an educator who is passionate about designing learning in a way that motivates and inspires students to realise their potential.Selection CriteriaRequired:Confident and proven leader with a love for girls' educationAppropriate teacher qualifications & NESA registrationCurrent WWCCDemonstrated knowledge of, in particular, Stage 6 CAPAD curricula and assessment practices, with the ability to design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs and assessmentCommitment to collaborative leadership and decision-makingCreative and strategic thinker and problem solverDemonstrated qualities of emotional intelligence and conflict management skillsCommitment to own ongoing professional developmentUnderstanding of legislative, compliance, and registration requirements and processes as they relate to the Independent Education sectorExcellent written, verbal and technological skillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailUnderstanding of the importance of confidentialityAbility to interact with a wide range of stakeholdersPreferred:Demonstrated experience in a similar positionExperience teaching Design & Technology, Textiles Technology, Stage 4 Technology, and/or Food TechnologyExperience as a HSC markerWillingness to participate in the co-curricular life of the schoolAppreciation of the principles and practices of Independent SchoolsPlease refer to the attached Job Package for more information.
