We are Cygnet West.About the RoleThis role represents an exciting opportunity to join our market leading Real Estate Management division and drive the ongoing success of our rapidly growing Facilities Management team. With a focus on implementing innovation and continuous system improvements, key responsibilities include:Developing, implementing and leading the strategic direction of the business, ensuring alignment with company goalsDelivering effective Facilities Management services, ensuring client portfolios and/or projects are managed effectivelyDriving the profitable growth of the division through strategic business development initiatives, including the creation of opportunities across internal divisions.Providing inspired leadership and effective direction to team members based on client sites or within the Perth officeDriving best practice by developing and implementing risk and contractor management strategies and administering comprehensive compliance programsEnsuring delivery of high quality submissions and presentations to clients by communicating technical issues logically and clearlyEstablishing and documenting building knowledge and intellectual property to ensure resources are available to business partners and clientsAbout youWith a focus on team culture, innovation and service excellence you will naturally seek to elevate the team's performance and engagement as you drive further growth and success.
