Head of Enterprise MarketingAre you ready to get ahead in your career?We want to empower you to turn your ambitions into achievements.We thrive in inclusiveness, diversity and embrace close collaborations for you to create impact for yourself and others.Together, we aim to bring the best of technology to help people, businesses and the nation to be ahead in a changing world.To realise our vision to become Malaysia's leading converged solutions company, we are looking for a new talent to innovate and grow with us in a culture that values commitment, performance and possibilities.Why does this job exist and why is it critical?Leads segment marketing - Owns marketing roadmap & calendar, account for ROI & budget targets.Oversees execution excellence of functional marketing pillars – e.g., digital assets, owns Maxis biz webpage, online store & biz hub, content marketing, digital & performance marketing, event marketing.Consolidate leads across sources – e.g., insights & analytics team from product, segment leads and ensure lead quality in the funnel; allocate / orchestrate engagement with leads across a mix of channels e.g., tele-sales, hunters etc.Govern contact rules across segment and channels, prioritize campaigns / comms from different product, sales ops teams.Manage a pooled team of technical marketing specialists (with strong platform / marketing channel expertise) to implement & launch marketing campaigns; where the team is organized by types of marketing channels – e.g., digital assets (social media, Maxis Business website and digital apps), digital & performance marketing, content marketing etc.Manage the team that curates and executes exhibition content at Maxis Business Innovation Centre @ Menara Maxis for top-to-tops.What's next?Once you've applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
