Over the next 12 months, you will focus on managing engineering operations, optimising processes, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, robust product.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Engineering, you will:
Ensure reliability and uptime: Enhance monitoring and incident response systems to maintain seamless operations.Optimise infrastructure: Scale and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficiency and future growth.Drive cross-team projects: Lead DevOps initiatives and infrastructure scaling to meet increasing demand.Support agile processes: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical discussions.Raise engineering standards: Establish and enforce high standards for code quality, documentation, and communication.Shape feature development: Define initial requirements and test cases to ensure comprehensive testing and quality control.Who they are looking for:The ideal candidate will bring:
