Head Of Engineering

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Engineering to lead the development and expansion of our clients AI-driven Fin Tech platform. As the Head of Engineering, you will drive technical strategy, foster innovation, and ensure the scalability, stability, and performance of their platform as they grow globally.

Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement distributed systems capable of handling large-scale data and ensuring high availability.Lead the technical roadmap for scaling platforms and engineering teams during rapid growth phases.Build and lead a high-performing, geographically diverse engineering team across regions. Requirements: 3+ years experience working in a "Head of" capacity.Proven experience in leading and scaling engineering teams and platforms, particularly during periods of rapid growth.Extensive experience with distributed systems architecture, microservices, and event-driven systems.Strong background in cloud-native solutions (Kubernetes, Docker), with expertise in performance optimization, fault tolerance, and high availability.Experience managing geographically distributed teams, fostering collaboration across diverse locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
