Although relatively early in its lifecycle when compared to our other market leading divisions, the Electronic Security Division has enjoyed rapid growth within the Access Hardware Group which we are looking to expand upon with this appointment.
With offices across Australia, offering the biggest range of Australian and international brands we are committed to constantly improving our service offering to our ever-expanding customer base.
As the Head of Electronic Security at Access Hardware, you will lead the Strategy, Sales Growth, and Market Expansion of Electronic Security across the mainland for our business.
This is a critical and complex role, working hand-in-hand with the Head of Security Solutions – Service, and reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer.
You will require extensive expertise in the Electronic Security industry and a proven track record in Sales Strategy and Implementation.
You will lead a high-performing EAC Team and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities: Set the Electronic Security growth strategy in line with overarching business direction, including setting and implementing actionable plans for growth.
Work in partnership with the Head of Security Solutions Service to develop operational systems and processes for how Electronic Security work will get done, and to run the Security Solutions division of our business on mainland.
Electronic Security specialist with strong industry connections and an understanding of security licencing requirements and frameworks nationally Extensive experience in Electronic Security Sales and Strategy, with a proven track record of growing sales across a division or business Commercial acumen with experience working in a complex, national business Strong leadership skills with experience managing, developing, and building high performing teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels Proven experience collaborating with C-level management to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organisational objectives Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive market environment Results oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer value Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience Willingness to travel as needed Why Join Us?
