You'll work alongside dedicated owners who value the unique insight and experience you bring, trusting you to lead with both confidence and care.Shape Quality and Growth: Your expertise in the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) will be the guiding force, ensuring a holistic, play-based approach to learning that honours each child's growth and sense of agency.Foster a Culture of Reflection: Prioritise reflective and ethical practice, using tools like the Self-Assessment Tool and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) to continually enhance quality.Empower Your Team: Build a collaborative, co-learning environment where educators and leaders are empowered as partners in children's discovery and development, each contributing their unique skills to a shared vision.Collaborate with Vision: Partner with the owners to ensure a seamless transition, preserving the service's warm, stable environment while setting the stage for future growth.Support Future Expansion: Beyond today's role, you'll be an integral part of future plans, helping develop new services that bring high-quality early learning to even more families.Incredible Package: $130K - $147K salary package with attainable performance bonuses up to $50K on top of the above. Full-time role, 38 hours across 5 days, with flexibility for the right candidate on how each day looks.About the Service:Located in Western Sydney, this family-owned Approved Provider has a purpose-built service that combines community connection with a commitment to quality, making it a respected part of the area.Help transition and oversee a service catering to 60 children designed for small group experiences that foster meaningful connections.Family-Owned and Quality-Driven: This is an Approved Provider where decisions are made with heart, not spreadsheets.
