We have already cracked the global market with ambitious growth plans ahead.Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Head of E-commerce Trading to help drive the trading sites to the next level.Key ResponsibilitiesManage & lead the e-commerce & digital teams Develop & deliver the annual trading calendar alongside our Buying, Product & Merchandise teamsOwn all of the site's metrics while constantly working on improving themDrive initiatives through pricing, promotions & new trading opportunitiesConstantly improve user journeys for optimal customer experience across multiple regions Manage the development roadmap based on the company's projections & needsAttend & Report in weekly trade meetings, providing metrics & insights to the wider teamStrong technical knowledge of e-commerce front end & back end with exceptional problem solving skills during technical issuesYou will be responsible for the execution of the activity plan across desktop, tablet, mobile devices to gain maximum visitor attention and drive sales and margin, improving average transaction size, and order frequencyUsing web analytics tools to monitor performance of all the key metrics and make recommendations for change and feed this back to other managers, Head of Department and Directors as appropriateKey responsibilities include merchandising all products to maximise sales and cross-sell/up-sell and site aesthetics, within brand guidelinesYou will manage all onsite content and make sure the sites are aligned with SEO best practicesYou will review onsite search behaviour to gain an understanding of keyword queries and manipulate the products within the search pages to drive conversionDevelop testing roadmap and user testing for UX/CRO.
