? 8-10 years of experience in Performance marketing
? Strong Paid Media background, a subject matter expert in Paid Search, Social, and organic!
? Experience building high performing teams
? Experienced scaling and optimizing paid channels
? Strong background having worked for a leading digital agency/technology/property
? Understand how to present strong performance marketing strategies to C-suite
? Have scaled digital teams, and built specialist divisions
? Know how to build best in class digital strategies
