About the Role The Head of Digital Marketing is a pivotal leadership role in the Marketing team, managing a team of four direct reports.
You will report to the General Manager - Marketing.
You will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, crafting and implementing advanced strategies to enhance our revenue, campaigns, brand awareness and online presence.
As a proactive leader with a robust understanding of the digital landscape, you will be instrumental in driving our brand's growth, impact and fundraising revenue.
Enjoy using your creative knowledge to develop and execute omni-channel campaigns including planning, media channel selection, concept development, production, and post campaign evaluation.
Have ownership of the setup, management and optimisation of all digital campaigns, including social media, display advertising, and paid search.

Preferred:
5+ years' experience in a marketing/advertising role, with proven success in developing, executing and optimising data-driven strategies across various marketing channels, ensuring consistent delivery of messaging that supports brand objectives and drives campaign success.
Experience managing and growing social media platforms with a focus on brand awareness, audience engagement and conversion.
Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, social, and programmatic, with a focus on achieving campaign goals and maximising ROI.
A creative approach to engaging and converting audiences through data-driven insights, targeting and personalised content.
Expertise in analysing and optimising campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms, to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Skilled in leading and managing a creative marketing team to produce compelling visual and written content that aligns with brand messaging and drives audience engagement across multiple projects in a timely way.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems, such as WordPress or similar.
Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools for creating and refining marketing assets will be highly regarded.
