AIA has an amazing opportunity for a Head of Digital to join the Enterprise Digital and Customer Experience Team, to continue to evolve Digital capabilities and deliver even greater impact and experience to our Customers and Partners – and also leading and successfully driving and growing our Digital and User Experience teams.
You will be responsible for collaborating with Key stakeholders to create compelling Digital Propositions and Experiences, and actionable priority roadmaps driving customer/partner benefits and outcomes. This will include leading the evolution and differentiation of the Group Digital Strategy and roadmap of priorities.
To do this successfully you will:
Deliver on AIA's purpose, vision and strategy by partnering with the GM Digital and Customer Experience to establish and embed the Enterprise Digital Strategy and Digital Governance and Operating Model – to successfully deliver customer/partner digital capabilities within our Future Fit Strategy.
Specific focus on the Group and Retail Business Digital strategy requirements and delivery roadmaps – ensuring they deliver to meet Enterprise Strategy, Business Unit, and Partner and Customer needs – to provide AIA a competitive advantage in market.
Lead the Digital Team ensuring we are developing and designing innovative digital solutions that deliver integrated and streamlined customer/partner experiences through every interaction and touch point, that protect our Core business of Retail and Group.
Lead as Digital Product Owner of our Group Distribution Business – and will collaborate and influence the Digital capability roadmap within that Channel.
S uccessful applications will demonstrate:
Demonstrated experience in digital and extensive, proven senior leadership role/s delivering successful and benefit Customer outcomes a must.
Leadership of a multilayered team in complex and fast paced environments.
A strong background in leading large, complex digital projects.
Expert understanding of user interface design and user experience strategy
Experience in leading without authority in highly matrix organisations.
Shown success in defining and operationalising digital strategy with a track record for inspiring change that has delivered step change growth outcomes.
Financial services and insurance experience desired.
