We are seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Growth to lead our digital growth strategies across all platforms.
This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, improving customer engagement, and boosting online sales through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy that aligns with Joviality's business goals.
Manage the budget for digital marketing and advertising, optimizing spend across channels to achieve maximum ROI.
Lead performance marketing efforts, including paid search, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to launch campaigns that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Utilize data-driven insights to drive decisions and improve campaign performance.
Ensure effective tracking and analysis of campaign results.
Oversee the social media strategy, ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and business goals.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools, implementing best practices and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing & B2C E-commerce, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of all digital marketing channels and techniques, with a proven ability to utilize them to foster growth.
Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools and metrics.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and leading a team.
Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry is a plus.
