Head of Design (UX & UI) We're looking for an experienced and innovative leader to shape the digital experience strategy and execution, delivering exceptional customer engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, and value.

Lead of a team of up to 7 UX/UI designers to craft experiences across a range of digital channels.
Your Impact Combine expertise in customer journey management, user research, user testing, web analytics, customer insights, usability analysis, and UX/UI best practices.
Develop and implement strategies that enhance the value and quality of digital customer experiences.
Lead, coach, and prioritize the work of a talented team of UX, UI, digital copywriting, and research professionals.
About You 7+ years' experience in digital experience, design, and research.
Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities with a proven ability to lead and foster high-performing teams.
Expertise in defining and implementing digital design and research principles, using a data-driven approach to enhance customer experiences through analysis, research, and execution.
Hands-on experience with user testing, information architecture, user journeys, and flows.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), design systems, and cross-platform design (mobile, tablet, desktop).
Background in regulated industries preferred.
