Head Of Design

A large Residential Development & Building Company is seeking to employ an experienced Head of Design to mentor, inspire and lead a large team of Residential Architects and Draftees.
You will have thorough knowledge of Class 1 and Class 2 Residential Building Design and be a Registered Design Practitioner.
You will be the quintessential 'Head of Design' with the personality to both inspire a creative environment and a productive environment,
Key to this role will be your demonstrated ability to work through a large volume of Developments with a dedicated team. You will be able to identify any barriers to timely submissions and to guide your team toward success.
You are a positive professional with great ideas and a pragmatic approach.
You have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
