We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage, lead & mentor this team. The ideal candidate will be extremely nurturing, have a high level of professionalism, and wealth of knowledge of the industry.

The Role:
Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
Become a part of the Senior Management team! Oversee 5 property managers, each with their own portfolio NO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT! Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed Oversee and implement strategies & procedures Ensure KPI's are met across the entire team Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth Analysing & preparing budgets for your department The Candidate:
Must have previous Property Management or Department Head experience - this is an amazing opportunity for a Property Manager to level up their career! Experience with managing teams & large rental portfolios Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT and tribunals Lead a highly successful department! Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development Current Certificate of Registration (License is preferred) The Benefits:
