Reporting directly into the Principal, this is a role that requires a confident and extremely capable Senior Property Manager/Team Leader full time, Monday - Friday. Your duties will include but not limited to:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 properties - with just about all located within 5km of the officeOversee a team of Property ManagersAll facets of portfolio management - end-to-endFuel allowance paid / Phone providedAbout the Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a natural born leader! The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this position will have:
A current Certificate of Registration is essential!A Valid Drivers License and Car2-3 Years strong Property Management experienceHave a positive approach with a strong customer focusOutstanding written & oral communication skillsTo Apply:
