In this position you will focus on: Wellbeing and behaviour management initiatives to support high quality educational outcomes for students in your year level cohort; Development of quality teaching and learning; and nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, parents and education stakeholders.
Applying positive accountability and coaching processes to create positive change in teaching and learning practices of staff.
Positively impacting student learning outcomes, social emotional development and wellbeing.
To be successful in this role you will: Be an effective communicator with excellent skills in developing positive relationships and have the ability to function to a high standard in a team environment.
Possess a sound knowledge of Essential Skills of Classroom Management and knowledge of Positive Behaviour for Learning.
Be highly regarded if you have experience and demonstrated knowledge in classroom profiling, inclusive education and developing student wellbeing.
Have a fractional teaching load.
