An exciting opportunity exists for a Head of Department - Science to join the team full-time on a 3-year fixed term basis commencing Term 3, 2024 (or otherwise by negotiation), with a permanent teaching role with the College.You will join our team of academic leaders, responsible for the creation of leadership of an innovative, high-quality, and vibrant learning program. Our leaders foster the Senior School's professional learning community of teachers, within the context of the school's Vision for Learning.The daily operations of the Head of Department occur in the Senior School, including the teaching of classes from Years 9 to 12.Qualifications and Experience:Relevant educational qualification and experience gained in a similar roleCurrent Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registrationCurrent First Aid (HLTAID 011), CPR (HTLAID 009) and asthmaCompletion of the College anaphylaxis qualificationTo apply, please submit your application online.
